Refund policy
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unworn and unused, with untampered tags, and in its original packaging. Unboxing video is compulsory for all returns. Returns failing to comply these will not be approved.
Please raise a return/exchange request within 2 days after receiving your item. For damage claims or if we receive the item back damaged, you will be requested to share unboxing video for proof, without which the refund will not be processed.

Once we receive the return request, you will receive an email with the return instructions within 24 working hours (Mon-Sat).
Wherever the service is available, we will arrange reverse pickup for approved returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received the item which usually takes around 10-14 days. We will process your refund within 2 business days after receiving the product. Shipping charges are not refunded.
You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credits or cash refunds.
Store credits - This will be valid for 1 year, to purchase anything else from our website or Instagram.
Cash Refunds - For cash refunds we charge a nominal fee of ₹150. We will process the refund to your original mode of payment.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Nose Pins and Hip Belts are not returnable
- Orders which were Customized are non-returnable
- Pre-Ordered Items are eligible for refunds only in the form of store credits
- Items returned without tags, will be considered used and will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
You can request for the cancellation of the order within 24 hours, by e-mailing us at orders@pihtarajewels.com. Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped yet. Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode. 4% bank transaction fees will be deducted for cash refunds. If you choose a refund via store credits, no deduction will be applied.
