Shipping policy
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999/- across India
- Orders are delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your location. Please leave a note during checkout incase you need urgent delivery.
- Bangalore residents can request for one day delivery. Please send a WhatsApp message (strictly no calls) to +91-6366103332, to avail this service. Extra charges applicable.
International Orders
- It usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery of international orders.
- We accept international cards for payments.
- International orders are shipped through FedEx.
- Additional charges like Import Tax, VAT or Custom Duty, if any, specific to a country, are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
Pre-Orders
- Products that are sold out but marked as Pre-Order, can be pre-ordered. Please send a WhatsApp message (no calls) to +91-6366103332 for placing your order.
- Pre-Orders (Made-to-Order) will have a delivery timeline between 10-30 days, as informed at the time of order.

After safe packaging, orders are shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners, to ensure we deliver your jewellery securely on-time. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delay during in-transit, which may occur in rare cases. Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have been tampered with before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in a resealable plastic pouch and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.
The packaged products come in Pihtara’s branded Jewellery Box, except for very big items, which come in a plastic box. All orders come with a jewellery care card.
